My 68 yr old mother has post covid pulmonary fibrosis and needed to find Calcical granules in lungs so doctor suggested CECT chest which involves infecting a contrast.. Can't this be found in a normal chest CT scan without contrast?? Please reply now

Ct has to be done only when  advisable.Normal Hrct will do in your case.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
