Is ceastra 100 mg safe to take? Doctor have prescribed it for a rash on her underarms. She was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty infiltration of liver few months back. So is it safe for her to take caestra 100 mg?

Ceastra is contraindicated in pregnancy.As she has grade 1 fatty liver , check her liver enzymes ,if normal she can take the tablet.

Caestra is not recommended for systemic use during pregnancy. Only local ointment is permitted during pregnancy.

Both are different issues, ceastra is an antifungal medication. U can take it as advised by your doctor.. Check  ur HBA1C level .. Sometimes underarm rashes can be due to underlying diabetes as well
