Cbc results came with fluctuations

My wife got some test done cause she is having fatigue while after getting up from bed and tiredness after walking her LFT,FERRITNE came up normal but HB is low  rbc little high and some of other parameters also attching the report , what could be the reason and what should we do for this like any supplementation or anything are these level concerning or not

Apart from iron deficiency..there is nothing significant in report. Ulj can get iron profile test for confirmation .
