Noticed this in the teeth of my 3y 10m old son. He absolutely resents brushing, but I somehow manage to do it 2 times daily... But this got me worried... What should I do?

Dear practo user This is small black spots of cavity. Consult dentist nearby and get it cleaned. It won't go by brushing.

Take your child to a pedodontist. The kids dentist will clean the cavity and fill it. If you leave it, it might increase and give pain to your child at later stage.
Next Steps
Find a pedodontist in your city and take an appointment
