Can't understand the xray. If one can check and suggest that it needed RCT. Or only filling can do the work. Can anyone suggest the infection is deep or not!

As per your teeth xray rct is done with 46 left 1st molar on 16/8/2024  which was important and talking about the other teeth nothing is required just brush twice a day , dont let the food stuck in between two teeth.

maintain oral hygiene, use mouthwash, brush after your last meal of the day.
