Is filling is possible in this upper wisdom tooth as i see decay already started but there is no pain or probs till now..so is filling possible in that type of impaction?

Yes filling is possible but only after a OPG ( X-ray) keep your oral hygiene good use mouth wash in night specially.

Great you used a mouth mirror to share a clear image! It seems you might have some dental awareness/background as you used the word " impaction "too. In my opinion ,since the upper left wisdom tooth is partially erupted ,carious and impacted against upper left 7,it would be better to remove it ,as it is inaccessible for cleaning and filling and can cause distal decay in 7(upper second molar tooth)if left for long.

Mam teeth hasn't erupted completely and teeth seemed to be cross it would be better if u have an x ray. If position is favorable then we can have filling.

Yes it is possible ,but the 3rd molar is impinging 2nd molar it is better if you do extraction even you don’t have pain also better option is extraction.
