Exact time cannot be predicted but comparing to the other teeth the progression will be fast .I suggest extraction of the teeth at this stage itself than having it done after getting pain.

Hello! There is no fixed time to predict it. It's better to get it out, as this tooth is non functional, there will be no harm,if you wait, it will in turn spoil the adjust tooth which is important and functional.

In this photo I can see your upper 3rd molar is impacted and it is touching the adjacent tooth. It is better to extract the tooth as soon as possible. Because it not only gets decay and pain but also it will make the adjacent tooth also decayed. So you should maintain your 2nd molar , if you didn't extract the 3rd molar, in future two teeth will get effected
