Good evening Sir, Myself Anjna, age 53 years have had a 16 cut R.K. in 1990.After 1992 to 2018⁰ my no. continuously increased and also converted from minus to plus.At present no is RE 9.00+1.00 add 1.50 and LE 7.50+1.00 add 1.50 .Now cataract  in both eyes started so I want to know 1.(Phaco or MICS or SICS) which one will be in future?  2. Premium lens or Rigid lens will be implanted? Thank you Sir.

Ohaco and hydrophobic foldable lense will be best.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Well definitely Phaco Our hospital deals in all these type of cases regularly N hydrophobic foldable IOL Rigid IOL will again leave large incision
