Cataract,lazy eye,squint,no lens in left

From the time of birth there was an issue with cataract.. but that was solved by surgery....but they don't put the lens back on eyes... and I got max vision of 3 M in left eyes.... now it's more annoying that... one eyeball is much larger than the other.I know age is over now I'm17...but I don't need my vision back..just my eyes looks normal....plz
