Actually I am having crondinimical patella which losing the soft layer of cartilage... I am having knee knee pain, sometimes it is pressing a lot... Tingling and numbness sensation... Using glucosmaine tablets... Only night time pains are more due to cool weather... It is effecting me a lot... How to prevent cartilage... Every day I used to hit or fall from steps or any where... Whole body I used to hit hardly from childhood onwards... Head part is having many injuries... I used to get headache everyday while hiting... Using knee support... Sometimes while climbing steps getting legs becoming weakness... I am finding difficult in distance to avoid hiting.. Walls and any things... Now days shoulders are getting stiffness due to hiting to wall...
