He have caries deep inside the root of 3 molar tooth Our dentist suggested that extraction of that tooth But my father want preserve that tooth Is there any possibility?

There's no scope of saving the tooth if the caries has already extended deep inside. Extraction of third molar is a common procedure. Moreover there's no need of replacing the tooth.

Hello mam, in case of deep caries if root prognosis is poor so it’s better to get it removed , but if you are ok with the odds you can go ahead with rct and crown.

If the caries have reached the root then extraction should be done. 3re molar extractions are done quite routinely. If any major concern or fear... Get extraction done from MDS oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
