Cardiologist

My brother is a Heart Patient, Angiography has been done and doctor saying heart muscles are weak. Dr suggesting Automatic Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator(AICD) to monitor and correct an abnormal heart rhythm. The cost of device is Rs 4 lacs. Please advise will it be helpful to go for AICD or we should not go for it. Please see attached Prescription.  Thank you in advance for your help and support.

There is no such prescription attached with it. If you give up AICD, what are the other options to you? Who recommended you? It's advise to take second option along with all your reports.
