Hi,     Generally after RCT a crown over the tooth is adviced. However in case of front teeth there is an option for permanent restoration after RCT as the chewing pressure on front teeth is less. It will also depend on the damage to the teeth, if the upper part of the tooth with RCT is damaged it will require a crown.
Next Steps
Consult online for better evaluation.
Health Tips
Get your RCT treated teeth checked every 6 months.

Hello. After undergoing a root canal treatment, it is always advised to place a crown on that particular tooth. While chewing, most of the load is taken up by the pre-molar and molar tooth. in this case, it is absolutely possible for the tooth to facture or break due to the (masticatory) chewing forces. This can be prevented by placing a well contoured and well fitted crown on the tooth.
Next Steps
Please visit a dentist at the earliest to get your crown placement done.

Capping is necessary for the molar tooth after RCT... Because whenever you consume food, most of the chewing force is beared by the premolar and molar teeth to break the food into pieces...

Mostly lower anterior teeth doesn't need cap when conservative RCT performed.,but it's always better to get cap done after Root canal. If you go without cap option.,it will lead to tooth fracture over the time.

For root canal treated tooth it's always better to put a crown on it. Otherwise there are chances of re infection of the tooth or the tooth may get fractured if you unknowingly bite anything hard on it.
