I have a question about my grandma. She has stage 4 colon cancer mets in liver. She was doing good up until a few week ago. She got very week and memory issues and last week a cough. She was taken to the hospital 2 days ago and he has an pneumonia. She had a fever but it went down her blood pressure flucuates a lil but they said its good. Will she recover from this?

Usually the recovery depends on how she responds to antibiotics started. You will have to wait and watch.
