Hi, have been diagnosed with a head and neck cancer already. Please share your reports of fnac /biopsy and scans if so.
If never evaluated, please get checked by head and neck oncologist or surgical oncologist to get you throat and neck checked by examination / imaging/ biopsy

Neck pain, swelling, vomiting and generalised body pain requires further examination and evaluation. As you have mentioned that FNAC has been done, kindly attach the report for further assessment.
