Can we take Dolo 650 for low temperature

For 1 day my body temperature was between 103-100 and experienced chills one night. I popped dolo 650 every 6 hours and was on light diet. Next day body temperature fell down to 95-96 Can I pop Dolo 650 in this condition? Low diet effect or any other reason, I feel tiredness now. What should I do further?

eat small frequent meals, paracetamol 500 mg 2 to 3 times a day according to symptoms will be enough ( dolo is paracetamol ) take good rest

When fever less than 99.5 no need for dolo Weakness usually due to fluid loss in fever so plenty of liquids helpful, ORS, glucose sugar salt lemon water, coconut water, butter milk all helpful
