First we need to find the cause of your sleeping problem. Are you anxious,depressed, having excessive thoughts at night time or is it just poor sleep hygiene? Are there any medical issues? This will be the first step and then we can take it from there. You will need to visit a psychiatrist if the sleeping problem is bothering you and if it’s there for a few weeks now.
