Can pregnant women take Sitopladi?
My wife is 4 months pregnant, she is suffering from severe cough, the intensity of her coughing is very high, the gynaecologist has given cough syrup but it did not work, we've been doing home remedies like, steam, gurgles, but still there is no relief, Can my wife consume Sitopladi? She's pregnant, will this have any side effects on her or the baby?

As per my view about your query.
You can take sitopaladi churna with honey twice or thrice a day.
Its safe to take while pregnancy.
Diet :
Avoid Fermented and stale food
Avoid food from outside selling
Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
Avoid Oily and fried food
Positive thinking always helps to get fast recovery..

सितोपलादि लेने का कोई साइड इफ़ेक्ट नहीं है।इसमें कैल्शियम भी है । शहद के साथ ले सकते है । अनार के फल का छिलका जलाकर उसकी भस्म भी घरेलु उपाय में ले सकते है ।
