Can Iron Supplements make you dizzy?

2021-09-03 13:51:46
I'm observing this everyday. 5-10 min after  taking dexorange capsule, I feely dizzy for half an hour. I'll have my lunch at 2 pm. I eat curd everyday. I avoid taking iron after food as it might compete with calcium while absorption. So I  take iron tablets at 5:30 pm for better absorption. Why am I feeling dizzy after taking iron tablets?
