I am having Chilblains on my feet. That's why I wanted to know if I can apply Tenovate ointment to treat Chilblains on feet?

Hi there... No... Steroids are not the answer to your problem. Gentle rewarming of the limbs using lukewarm water and topical emollients applied together with raising your feet to improve the local circulation may be of temporary help and provide relief. Hello. Please don’t use steroids especially strong ones before consulting a doctor. Photographs and history are required for a diagnosis after which treatment can be tailored for your condition. If it is chillblains it will not resolve with steroids.
