Hello Dr, can I take I-pill once in a month? Does it hv a bad effect on my health? How much gap should I give before taking the i pill 2nd time?

I-pill is an emergency contraceptive pill with high contents of female hormones having high failure rates with more side effects. It's not recommended as regular contraceptive pill

No u should not As it has a high failure rate you can be pregnant despite one also it has many side effects in the form of excessive and irregular vaginal bleeding
