Can I get rabies if a dog licks my fingernail? Can the bacteria of rabies pass through the gap between my fingernail and skin?

Very less chance.... If wound than chance of rabies infection.

No, the virus cannot pass through like that. Either a proper dog bite or licking on an open wound is a cause for concern and calls for vaccination.

Unless you have a wound there, the virus can't enter your body.

It's unlikely to happen this way, the rabies virus spreads through if there's any abrasion in the skin. And not all dogs saliva has rabies virus.
