Can i eat oats.

Hi.I am suffering from pcod or pcod not sure what it is.from 7 years...I have put on weight after that...I tried many diets but nothing workout...I tried eating oats now..I have irregular periods from earlier also...so is it all normal to have oats in this pcod?? Or shld I have it or not...

You can take oats.Get done ultrasonography to know the condition of ovaries and follicles.Also get done TSH level and serum prolactin level to rule out the hypothyroidism and hyperprolactenemia.
