I got specs 10 month ago . In my left eye number is -4.5 and in right eye it's -1.5 . Can I do LASIK

Better to wait for few more months. Spectacle power should be constant for at least 1 to 1.5 year before undergoing lasik. Since you got spectacles only 1.5 years back...better to wait

Corneal topography ( Pentacam) and retinal evaluation will be required for understanding your fitness for LASIK. Kindly get those investigations done for the final decision
