Can H.Pylori effect sleep?

2024-02-13 02:49:01
I am diagnosed with H.Pylori in December. I am taking medication for it. Now my stomach is feeling so much better but my sleep is affected. I sleep at 10 P.M and sometimes wake up at 3 A.M, Sometimes at 2 AM. Sometimes I sleep again after waking up and sometimes I am not able to sleep. It has been happening for the last 2-3 months. Does it have any link with H. Pylori? I don't have any stress or anxiety issues.

Due to the acidity and bloating , it is possible that it disrupts your sleep. Take syrup digene 20 mins after food at dinner time, to soothe your stomach. If it does not get better , you need to get it evaluated by your doctor.
