Can fallopian tubes get blocked again

Hi, I underwent corrective hystoscopy and laproscopy last November. In the surgery findings my fallopian tubes were unblocked also there was infection in my uterus which was removed. However i am.still.not able to get pregnant. Do fallopian tubes get blocked again within an year of surgery.
