Incidentally virginity is more of a Medico-legal problem than a medical problem.
Secondly virginity can not be diagnosed by 100% accuracy. It is always an intelligent guess based on evidence.
If the lady doesn't bleed on first night, it means nothing.
Similarly, if she bleeds on the first night, that also means nothing.
These days there are vaginal (gel) capsules available which are inserted into the vagina about 2 hours before expected intercourse, they will disintegrate in the vagina and release a fluid which looks like blood.
So the only way is to trust your wife (just like she trusts you).
