Can abortion by medication cause block

If there are infections during abortion then it can block tube. But infection will happen if abortion is incomplete and not done under a doctor. If abortion is done in 5th week by taking abortion medicine under supervision of doctors, then can it still cause tube blockage? Considering ultrasound is done post abortion to confirm there are no RPOC. Please advice.

Unlikely But then infection can happen that's reason why it's always advisable not to  termine first pregnancy
