I've been experiencing calf pain for the past 3 days. It started a day after I did standing calf raises (bodyweight only). Initially I had pain in both my calves but now I have it only in my left calf. The other leg is fine.
I can't straighten my left leg or put my heel on the ground. It hurts the most just below my knee. Tried cold pack and heat pad. Used moov as well. Pain has remained constant. What should I do?
