Calf muscle tightness

In my both legs i have a calf muscle tightness,it is not soft ,it is hard and due to this i get often cramps too,what should i do to get rid of this

If can be due to electrolytes imbalance that you are getting frequent cramps. Get your vitd3,vit b12, tsh and calcium levels checked too. Drink plenty of water
