What is the best time to conceive and how can we calculate the accurate ovulation time .. the day we are actually ovulating? As i have been trying for 1month for baby n still my periods started with there actual date.

If you have regular cycle then try from day 9 to day 19 of your cycle on alternative days. Also start taking folic acid supplements. Since you are 30 yrs , It's also advisable to do few tests.
