Hi, from part 5-6months, i get spotting on-and-off for 1 week before the actual red blood flow starts. What should I consider the period start date ? The day when spotting begins or when the actual flow begins? I want to calculate my cycle length and ovulation day as I am planning to concieve. Please help. After spotting, brown blood or small clots, the normal red blood flow lasts for around 2-3days and every month my periods are 1week earlier. Also, this month I tried to concieve, after 3days after my period ended but i didnt concieve. How can i know when should I try as my periods and spotting are fluctuating.
