I'm 19 weeks 3 days pregnant.. I got fever, throat pain , cold and cough..  So I took medicines for it by asking my gynaecologist.. meanwhile, I skipped my calcium tablet for almost 5 to 6 days while I was sick since I don't like swallowing it with other medicine.. does it affects my baby growth ? I'm so confused and worried now !! Please answer ! In 3 days I'm going for my anamoly scan..

No. Skipping calcium tablets while you are sick doesn’t affect your baby’s health. Don’t worry. Once you are better from fever and cough you can start continuing your calcium supplements. Wishing you a speedy recovery

Skipping calcium supplements for 5 to 6 days is not going to adversely affect the growth of the baby you worry  would affect the growth of the baby so please relax
