Calcium capsule suggestion

Bones feel weak and muscle cramps after playing sports. Takes time to recover as well. Could you please suggest me good calcium capsules ? I take multi-vitamin tablets sometimes.

Tab shelcal 500 mg twice a day x 2 months.  Also take vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week x 4 weeks. Beside this drink plenty of fluids with electrolyte powders during ur game. U need to work on ur aerobic exercise/endurance exercise. For  that see a physiotherapy doctor or certified trainer. Avoid smoking if u r doing it.
