vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week x 4 weeks. Beside this drink plenty of fluids with electrolyte powders during ur game. U need to work on ur aerobic exercise/endurance exercise. For that see a physiotherapy doctor or certified trainer. Avoid smoking if u r doing it.
