Hello, my baby girl is 13days old, doctor have asked to start calcimax + syrup from 10th day of birth, This calcium supplement is really need to start so soon? Pls advise

Hope baby s born after 37 weeks and weight s more than 2.5 kg. If that's the case u have to give only vitamin D supplements till 1 year of age. Calcium supplements only in preterm babies or if ur baby have low calcium levels otherwise it's not necessary..
