Hello dear At the outset congratulations for the new journey. I must say that it's all about nutrition right now for you and the little one. The focus must be health rather than calories. However, it does not means that you just stuff yourself up with any and everything. I'll go for a healthy fulfilling and balanced diet for now along with good amount of exercise, which you are actually following. As far as a diet plan per se is concerned, it has to be made keeping in view all the medical parameters dear, which can be done only with a detailed consultation.  Following a healthy diet and exercise will ensure no excess weight gain is there, however some amount of weight does increase as it is natural.
Next Steps
Do consult a clinical/ therapeutic nutritionist for a well made and personalized diet plan. also do check that you do get services of regular follow ups and max support (in terms of frequent queries) from your dietitian.
