Symptoms description and test results. This is a 47 years old male. Complaint of left upper limb redicular pain. The pain is running over the posterior aspect of the arm, dorsal aspect of the forearm,and toward the hands. There is bilateral parathesis and numbness mainly from elbow down to the hands limited range of motion at the neck.
