C section wound healing

I had c section on 6 April 2020. On June 4th right side of the stitch got opened and blood came out. I went gynaec .she said one suture did not dissolve so due to infection it happened . She removed that suture and applied enzomac powder inside and did dressing of five days,put me on antibiotics. After five days externally it seems to be healed. But inside it is terrible pain . Pain is so much on that area that not able to lift baby ,not able to feed can't sit staright. Pls suggest how much more time it will take to heal as it is done by secondary intention.

Please do ultrasound to see weather there is collection Take tablet bidanzen fort three tables three times a day for three days.

If it's too painful, get an ultrasound done to see if there is collection under the skin. If it's there, it would need drainage.
