C-section stitch place pain

Hello doctor, I have had a c-section delivery before 5 months. Now suddenly I have started getting pain in the place stitches (lower stomach) were made. Also I noticed there has been a pressure on my lower stomach while I mop the floor using stick mop. Is it normal to have pain in the c-section area? Why does it hurt after 5 months also? Till how many months we should be careful of doing any hard work or lifting weight?

The pain is unrelated to the  cesarean done five months ago because in 45 days the stitches have held perfectly well after 45 days you can do any hard work or lifting weight
