Recovery is not complete atleast for a year following a c section. Do chores as per your health levels. If you continue getting blood in stools consult a surgeon.

Mild pain near incision can come once in a while after cesarean section. If it becomes severe or have any discharge from that site, then you need to  show a doctor. You can do regular household work, walk and use stairs. No problem in doing that. Pain could also be due to muscle strain, which will subside slowly. Blood in stools can be due to fissure or piles. It can be due to constipation especially if you are also taking Iron. You can pause your iron tablet for a week and restart later.  You will have to avoid constipation by taking high fiber diet and plenty of water.

Pain in the suture site is not a thing to worry if it's just mild. Blood in stools is related to the constipation.

After 3 months of cesarean It is absolutely okay to do household chores and use the stairs and walk! Blood in stool is mostly because of constipation Have a high fibre diet And connect with the general surgeon
