Hi my weight 74 my age 25 yrs I have a buttock pain since 5 days while sitting long getting more pain from buttock bone to legs some backpain how many days it took to cure any medication I need to use or need to consult the doctor or it cure by its own ?

One of the causes of having back pain is longer sitting and not maintaining the proper ergonomics As far as complaints goes take proper rest and use hot water bag and some topical analgesics like volini
