Hlo sir or mam plz guide me previously I have foliclitis on my thighs doctor prescribed me amoxyclav 625 antibiotics tablets and after using My foliclitis on thigh has gone Then, in my buttock, I have a perinal abscess doctor prescribed oratil cv 500 mg and oflomac oz tablets these antibiotics tablets I have im sharing u my buttock pic plz tell can I take any 1 of this  antibiotics medicines or not plz tell me the name to in these 3 medicines which I have which medicines I can take and can I do hot water compress on that area or not the pus has been drained it out only litle is left im sharing u pic plz guide me sir Can I do. Hot water 💧 compress on that area 2 times in a day
