Burning sensation while urination

4 days ago I had rough sex with my husband...then after one day my periods started...periods are normal but since after sex I m having sharp burning sensation while urinating on the tip of vagina and frequent urination also and after urinating I feel relax. I m having light abdomen and side back pain also. Plz tell me why so and what will help.
