It does not look like a cardiac issue .. but to rule out cardiac issue you can go for atleast ECG testing as you are hypertensive too ..

Avoid oily spicy food and less of salt.
Avoid tea and coffee.
Do not lie down immediately after having food.
Drink plenty of water.
And then add medications like pantoprazole 40 mg empty stomach morning daily for 2 weeks
