Hello, My friend has a burning sensation in right testis and it goes upwards towards right groin and right thigh sometimes. There is a dull pain at times, too. He got epididymis infection earlier and got a cyst but it subsided to a great extent after antibiotics. Antibiotics was prescribed after physical examination by an Urologist. But right testis is swelled up and feels like a stone. No scan taken, as doctor did physical examination only and it's been one month since that. Please help.
