Your symptoms are due classic accommodative asthenopia. In plain English,  excess use of jear vision.  If you are expecting medicines can cure, you are mistaken. Unless you modify your style of working, no one or no medicine can make any difference. Read about computer vision syndrome and accordingly modify work pattern. In short, do not use mobile for work or for entertainment.  Use it as a communication tool. No chatting,  infotainment or aimless browsing. Sit upright, in an optimum ergonomic posture and for short spells, say 30 to 40 minutes spells and stagger your work. Do not forget to blink. Do not claim my livelihood is computer and you can't afford even a minute of absence from work, a common protest from.all computer users. There will always be ways.
Next Steps
as a routine get vision tested to rule out any subtle and occult  refractive errors.
Health Tips
If the place work is air-conditioned,  keep the temperature difference between outside and inside not more than 5 to 7 degrees. get a humidifier as our air conditioners are not true conditioners but practically air coolers and thus such out all humidity and throw out as condensed water. so a humidifier helps in keeping the world place with correct level of moisture and prevent eyes be owing dry. Lubricants help in such situations.

Reduce the brightness of the laptop screen to a comfortable level. Follow 20-20 rule while working on laptop which means that after every 20 mins of screen time take a break of 20 secs and focus on an object kept at a faraway distance. Avoid using these devices in the dark. Room has to be well lit while using these devices. Start using Refresh tears eye drop 4 times a day.
