Burning sensation in esophagus or throat

When i eat after sometime i feel burning sensation or feeling of being poked on my throat or the esophagus at the back also It stays for 10 minutes sometime i hear mumbling gnawing sounds from my stomach I think having tea in the evening and pickle i get relief if i take pudin haara it's been 2 weeks but the pain decreases after having gaviscon and if i walk and also i used to sleep at 3-4 am and wake at 10-11am previously i haven't lost my appetite yet i feel hungry also but i am afraid to eat i want my life back

[ ] Hi, follow some basic life style changes:Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Go to bed after minimum 1 hour after dinner. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 7 days.syrup Gaviscon 10 ml three Times a day after meal for 10 days. Report the progress.
