Having burning sensation in the lower back portion of my both leg .calves area, upper side of calves . Always feels like to strech and strech. and also I feel dizziness whole day inspite of having good sleep.This condition is from many years.Now m getting worried. I have high BP and I take bp medicine.please guide.real
