Burning sensation Breast

I have a sharp burning sensation in my left breast. This is not a constant sensation, I feel it if there is movement...like I get down the stairs with speed, the jerk with a speed breaker, etc. This sensation lasts for not more than a few seconds. Looking forward to known the reason and remedy. I have already done a sonography, but all is fine.
