Chronic throat, tongue and gum pain on right side from past 4 years. Started with severe acid reflux. With medicines acid reflux subsided but the burning and pricking pain in throat, gums and tongue has still not gone. Visited a lot of ENTs, dentists, also tried homeopathy for 1+ year. Did nerve block, styloidectomy surgery and also got impacted wisdom tooth removed on that side still no relief. Recently visited an oral medicine specialist and she says it is burning mouth syndrome. Now again started having acid reflux and even my left side throat has started hurting. Can this be cured by ayurveda??
